Refund Policy

If the product does not do what this site says it does, you get your money back. That is the whole policy. The detail below is only about how.

Draft: not yet in force.

This policy is accurate about how we intend to handle refunds, but the company details are unset and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Payments are not enabled yet, so there is nothing to refund.

The short version

Ask us and we will refund you. We would rather return the money than argue about it, and we do not think a tool you are unhappy with is worth keeping your payment over.

Try it before you pay

Every tool on this site is free to use, without an account. The paid plan only removes the daily limit and raises how many files you can process at once. That means you can confirm the product does what you need before any money changes hands, which is the best refund policy there is.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require you to give a reason.

If you want a refund on the current period, ask within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. After 14 days we will still consider it, particularly if something was broken or you were charged unexpectedly, for example a renewal you meant to cancel.

Where we will always refund

  • The tool does not do what this site says it does.
  • You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice.
  • A feature you paid for was unavailable for a meaningful stretch of time.
  • You bought the wrong thing and have not meaningfully used it.

Statutory rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have by law. In the UK and the EU that normally includes a 14 day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Where your statutory rights are stronger than this policy, your statutory rights apply.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or include the Paddle receipt or order reference. One line is enough, you do not need to explain yourself.

We aim to reply within two working days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. How quickly it appears is up to your bank, and is usually five to ten working days.

Who takes the payment

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle appears on your statement, issues your invoice and handles any sales tax or VAT. You can also request a refund directly through the link on your Paddle receipt, and Paddle may contact us to confirm it.
